Description
La durée indiquée ci-dessus est une durée prévisionnelle calculée sur une date de notification prévisionnelle (début contrat: date de notification jusqu'au 31 décembre 2025, reconductible 2 fois). Les prestations du présent accord-cadre consistent en des travaux d'entretien, de remplacement, d'installation de climatisations, de ventilations et d'installations solaires thermiques pour tous les services de la Ville et le Centre Communal d'Action Sociale (CCAS). Un groupement de commandes a été constitué entre la ville et le CCAS. La Ville a été désignée coordonnateur du groupement. Cet accord-cadre « composite » fixe toutes les conditions d'exécution des prestations. Il comprend une partie traitée sous la forme d'un marché ordinaire correspondant à des prestations de maintenance préventive, d'entretien et de petites réparations réglées par application d'un prix global et forfaitaire et pour partie à un accord-cadre à bons de commande correspondant à des travaux de grosses réparations, de remplacement à neuf ou de complément d'installations réglés sur la base d'un bordereau des prix unitaires.
