Description
Le présent concours est organisé en vue de l'attribution du marché de Maîtrise d'oeuvre pour la construction d'une bibliothèque. L'opération consiste en la transformation d'une bâtisse ancienne construite en 1866 en une bibliothèque municipale sans dénaturer l'esprit de la construction. Les travaux comprennent une extension neuve ainsi que des travaux de rénovation, réhabilitation La part de l'enveloppe financière prévisionnelle affectée aux travaux est de 1 900 000 euro(s) HT ( valeur 06/2024) La durée globale prévisionnelle d'exécution du marché de maîtrise d'oeuvre, incluant les éléments de mission réalisés pendant l'année de parfait achèvement et d'éventuelles missions complémentaires postérieures est estimée à 41 mois. Le marché de maîtrise d'oeuvre prendra effet à compter de la date mentionnée dans l'ordre de service prescrivant le démarrage des études par le titulaire
