Description
Les prestations sont réparties en 2 lots traités par marchés séparés. Il s'agit de 2 accords-cadres, multi-attributaires, avec minimum et maximum, donnant lieu à l'émission de bons de commande et à la conclusion de marchés subséquents. Un groupement de commande a été constitué entre la ville de Six-Fours-les-Plages, coordonnateur du groupement, et le CCAS de la ville de Six-Fours-les-Plages. La consultation est établie sur la base d'un cahier des charges commun aux deux entités et donnera lieu à la signature de plusieurs contrats distincts établis par entité concernée. Pour chaque lot, en application des dispositions de l'article L. 2112-2 du Code de la Commande Publique, l'exécution du marché comporte une clause obligatoire d'insertion par l'activité économique.
