Description
Uppdraget omfattar utförande av persontransporter på Gotland avseende särskild kollektivtrafik, allmän kollektivtrafik (närtrafik), förvaltningsresor, specialskolskjuts, mm. Uppdraget avser tranport i fordon med plats för åtta (8) eller färre passgerare. Leverantören ska ta ett samlat helhetsansvar för transporternas genomförande gentemot både resenärerna och Region Gotland. Uppdraget ska utföras med fokus på hög tillgänglighet, trygghet, kvalitet och trafiksäkerhet samt med effektiv resursanvändning för att bidra till kostnadseffektivitet och minskad miljöpåverkan. Planering och samordning av resor utförs av Region Gotlands upphandlade partner där resenärernas färd i möjligaste mån sker i korrekt färdriktning mot sitt slutmål. Leverantören ansvarar för att transporterna genomförs på rätt tid och plats samt i enlighet med gällande lagstiftning, avtal och tillhörande upphandlingsdokument.
