L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Le lot 1 sera attribué à un seul opérateur économique. Le lot 2 sera attribué à 4 opérateurs économiques minimum et 6 opérateurs maximum (sous réserve d'un nombre suffisant d'offres) Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires et forfaitaires.
