Le titulaire du marché est informé, que le Centre Hospitalier Annecy Genevois (CHANGE), établissement support, du GHT Haute-Savoie, Pays de Gex passe le marché dans le cadre de sa compétence légale (art L 6132-2-5°a) du Code de la Santé Publique au bénéfice d'un des membres du GHT : le Centre Hospitalier Gabriel DEPLANTE (CHGD) de Rumilly. A ce titre, l'établissement support mène la procédure de passation et signe le marché pour le compte du CHGD. Les établissements sont pour leur part, responsables de l'exécution du marché à l'exception de la passation d'éventuels avenants
