Description
L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par la conclusion de marchés subséquents et l'émission de bons de commande dans les conditions du cahier des charges. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Ce marché a pour objet de prendre en charge le transport occasionnel de personnes par taxi, van, minicar ou par car, y compris pour personnes à mobilité réduite, à la fois des élus, des agents ou personnels départementaux, des scolaires (notamment les collégiens du département), des jeunes élus membres du « Conseil Départemental des Jeunes », des administrés dans le cadre de sorties organisées par les services départementaux et des invités extérieurs à la collectivité ; et ce pour des manifestations organisées par le Département ou auxquelles il participe, et en dehors d'opérations spécifiques. Les prestations concernent la location ponctuelle de courte durée d'un ou plusieurs véhicules avec chauffeur, à la demi-journée, à la journée ou durant plusieurs jours
