Description

L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet l'obtention d'un service permettant l'accès en ligne à une offre de ressources numériques destinée à la Médiathèque et aux bibliothèques et médiathèques municipales participant au groupement de commande, y compris la maintenance. Il s'agit d'acquérir un abonnement d'au moins 1.000 comptes utilisateurs et un accès à plusieurs ressources numériques de différentes natures (cf. description ci-dessous), sur des postes et/ou tablettes de consultation (mis à la disposition du public dans les sites) et à distance
