Achizitionarea serviciilor de transport auto pentru deplasarea delegatiilor si loturilor F.R. Handbal. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor: 16. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare in a 11-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor, conform prevederilor OUG 107/2017.
