Achizitionarea biletelor de avion de catre autoritatea contractanta în funcţie de necesităţile acesteia, in conformitate cu cerintele minimale si obligatorii din Caietul de sarcini. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor: 16. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare in a 11-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor, conform prevederilor OUG 107/2017.
