Riigihanke esemeks on autoteel ja trammi rööbasteel sõitmise võimekusega kahe multifunktsionaalse baasmasina, ostmine koos nendele paigaldatavate lisaseadmete komplektiga, mille eesmärgiks on trammitee ning trolli ja trammi kontaktliini hooldustööde teostamine Tallinnas. Riigihanke eseme ostuga kaasneb selle 5 aasta pikkune garantiijärgne hooldus koos hoolduseks ettenähtud varuosade ja materjalidega.
