Description
Uppsala kommun har en lång tradition av att utföra trafikmätningar för motortrafiken. Den senaste avtalsperioden har trafikmätningarna utförts med hjälp av extern leverantör som tillhandahållit utrustning för slangmätningar och andra mätutrustningar. Uppsala kommun önskar att trafikmätningarna fortsatt utförs enligt samma princip. Kommunen lagrar för närvarande sina automatiska trafikmätningar i trafikmätningssystemet Trafficweb. I syfte att kunna följa trafikutvecklingen, beskriva framkomligheten och trafiksäkerhet, samla underlag för dimensionering av trafikanläggningar, utvärdera åtgärder samt på ett prioriterat vägnät tillhandahålla aktuell information om framkomlighet, finns behov av att genomföra löpande trafikmätningar. Tjänsterna som upphandlas innebär att tillhandahålla mätningar av trafik som svarar upp mot beställarens högt ställda krav på tillförlitlighet. I åtagandet innefattas allt arbete som krävs för komplett leverans av mätdata till beställaren.
