The purpose of this market soundings / pre-market consultation is to explore the market size and scale and understand the capacity to provide services which may include but it is not limited to the following: Harbour towage for arrivals, departures, berthing and unberthing; Escort towage and standby assistance; Emergency towage and dead ship movements; River and Bay towage within the limits of Dublin Port; 24/7/365 availability, including short-notice assistance.
