Description
Swedavia AB inbjuder här till anbudsansökan avseende "Totalentreprenad Stomkomplettering, installation och ytskikt, Skywalker Delentreprenad 3” Omfattning: Projektet avser nybyggnation av hotell- och kongressanläggning på Arlanda Sky Cityområde. Projektet är indelat i tre Delentreprenader som tillsammans utgör en helhet för byggnationen. • Delentreprenad 1 avser: Mark, stål och platsgjutna betongkonstruktioner (inklusive ingjutna installationer) • Delentreprenad 2 avser: Prefabricerad stomme • Delentreprenad 3 (denna entreprenad) avser : Stomkomplettering inklusive installationer och ytskikt Skeden/Faser: Projektet genomförs i två (2) skeden: • Skede 1 Upprättande av systemhandling, projektbudget och projekttidplan (i ABK-09). • Skede 2 (Option) - Detaljprojektering, utförande och överlämnande (i ABT-06). Upphandlingstider: Tider för ”utskick underlag”, ”sista anbudsdag” samt ”tilldelning” och ”kontraktstilldelning” är idag bedömningar eftersom de har flera yttre beroenden.
