Swedavia AB inbjuder här till anbudsansökan avseende "Totalentreprenad om- och tillbyggnad LEA Office One ". Projektet avser ombyggnation och anpassning av Arlanda Byggnad 990, även benämnd Office One. Byggnaden är uppförd med en totalyta om cirka 20 000 kvm BTA (bruttoyta) och är fördelad enligt följande: • Lågdel (Rektangeln): 7 våningar ovan mark. • Högdel (Romboiden): 9 våningar ovan mark. • Källare: ytor under mark. Skeden/Faser: Projektet genomförs i två (2) skeden: • Skede 1 Fortsatt projektering, verifiering och optimering av tidplan och kalkyler samt riskeliminering (i ABK-09). • Skede 2 (Option) - Detaljprojektering, utförande och överlämnande (i ABT-06). Upphandlingstider: I dagsläget bedrivs upphandlingsprocessen enligt följande tidsplanering: • Sista dag för anbudsansökan: 2025.06.15 • Meddelande om urval: 2025.06.20 • Förfrågningsunderlag utsänds till kvalificerade samt utvalda anbudssökande: 2025.06.20 • Anbudstidens utgång: 2025.09.01 • Tilldelningsbeslut: 2025.09.22 • Avtalsteckning: 2025.10.03
