Kontraktsarbetena omfattar planering, projektering och utförande av nybyggnation av flerfamiljshus inklusive utemiljö i kvarteret Krikonträdet 1 med totalt 241 lägenheter och 2 lokaler. Lägenhetsstorlekar 1 Rok -5,5 RoK. Fastigheten är en del i området ”Nya Ellstorp” och består av MKB, HSB och Hubpark som bildat ett bolag och gemensamt utvecklat området. Det pågår exploateringsarbetet med ny- och omläggning av ledningar och byggator som förväntas vara färdigställda våren 2025.
