Söderhamns kommun upphandlar ramavtal för torkpapper, städmaterial, rengöringsmedel, plastpåsar, engångsartiklar samt nitrilhandskar för alla hälsingekommuner samt Hälsinglands Utbildningsförbund (HUFB). Söderhamns kommun agerar inköpscentral och tecknar avtal för samtliga beställare. Leverantörer är välkomna att lämna anbud på ett eller flera av dessa anbudsområden. Anbudet får ej villkoras.
