Uppdraget omfattar leverans av tolktjänster enligt följande: Tolkning genom metoderna: Teckenspråk-, dövblind-, TSS- (tecken som stöd) samt skrivtolkning. Åtaganden omfattar tolkservice främst inom vardagstolkning till såväl enskilda individer som till grupper. I åtaganden ingår främst att tolka muntliga samtal och anföranden i stunden. Översättning av omfattande skriftliga handlingar ingår inte i åtagandet.
