För att arbetssökande med begränsade språkkunskaper i svenska ska kunna ta del av service, arbetsmarknadspolitiska insatser och tjänster på lika villkor som arbetssökande som kan svenska, behöver Arbetsförmedlingen använda språktolk som verktyg. Denna upphandling gäller Expresstolk.
