Description
Välkommen att lämna anbud på vår upphandling av Tolkbokningssystem. Eskilstuna kommun (Kommunen) avser att upphandla ett tolkbokningssystem (Tjänsten) som SaaS-tjänst samt Native app för tolkar. Tjänsten ska stödja arbetet inom bokning av interna och externa tolkar, översättningstjänst, administration av bokning och underlag för fakturering samt statistik. Tjänsten omfattar alla de ska-krav som anges i upphandlingsdokumentet samt de bör-krav som anbudsgivaren i sitt anbud anger att denne uppfyller. Tjänsten är en del av en helhet och ska kunna samverka med andra närliggande funktioner och system samt uppträda som en helhet. Kontrakt kommer att tecknas med en (1) leverantör under förutsättning att upphandlande myndighet erhåller minst det antalet lämpliga och godtagbara anbud.
