Description
Upphandlingen avser ombyggnad av Toleredsskolan F-9 hus A2 och A3. Ombyggnaden ska utföras i två etapper. Fastigheten har kulturvärden som ska bevaras. Skydd mot förvanskning ska beaktas. Projektet ingår i Stadsfastighetsförvaltningens plan för minskad klimatpåverkan i byggprojekt där beprövade konstruktionslösningar med låg klimatpåverkan och även återbruk ska implementeras. Ombyggnaden ska utföras med pågående verksamhet.
