Hanke eesmärgiks on tagada Tapa ja Reedo sõjaväelinnakute territooriumitel paiknevatel RSOM (Reception, Staging, Onward Movement) aladel toitlustusteenus. Teenuse sisuks on toidu valmistamine, valmistoidu transport ja valmistoidu serveerimine linnakus asuvas ruumis või ruumides (esmaspäevast pühapäevani, kolm korda päevas).
