Description
Hankija soovib sõlmida kuni kolme täitjaga raamlepingut, et tellida toitlustus- ja peoteeninduse (catering) teenust (edaspidi teenus). Teenuse eesmärgiks on tagada hankijale pidulike ürituste esinduslik toitlustamine ning vajadusel teenindamine. Üldjuhul on hankijal vajadus tellida teenust, mille käigus pakutakse pidulikumaid suupisteid ja/või mitmekäigulisi lõuna- või õhtusööke. Teenuse osutamise piirkond on vastava riigihanke osa nimetuses toodud piirkonnas/piirkondades. Teenust tuleb osutada hankija poolt määratud ruumides. Raamleping sõlmitakse igas riigihanke osas kuni kolme pakkujaga kestvusega 24 kuud. Hankijal on õigus pikendada raamlepingu kehtivust kuni 24 kuu võrra. Teenuse tellimine toimub vajaduspõhiselt tehtud tellimuste alusel. Teenindada on vaja erineva inimeste arvuga üritusi. Arvestada tuleks nii väiksemate (nt 10-20 inimest) kui suuremate (nt kuni 500 ja enam inimest) ürituste teenindamisega.
