De projectopgave is het realiseren van een toekomstbestendig schoolgebouw voor het primair onderwijs voor 408 leerlingen gericht op Het Agora onderwijsconcept van de Katholieke Scholen-stichting Utrecht (KSU). Daarbij komt het realiseren van een inpandige fietsenstaling voor 290 stallingsplaatsen en een apart toegankelijke gymzaal met nevenruimten op de bovenste verdieping 1 school 3500m2
