Predmetom zákazky je uskutočnenie stavebných prác na stavbe „Tlačiarne – úprava dopravnej infraštruktúry“, ktorých cieľom je modernizácia a rozšírenie dopravnej infraštruktúry v lokalite bývalých Tlačiarní v Košiciach v nadväznosti na pripravovaný polyfunkčný súbor WatsoNova. Verejný obstarávateľ upozorňuje, že predmet zákazky tvorí časť stavby realizovanej ako jeden funkčný a technický celok. Uchádzač je povinný pri realizácii zabezpečiť koordináciu svojich činností so stavebníkom CTR WatsoNova s. r. o. a jeho zhotoviteľom v rozsahu ustanovenom návrhom zmluvy o dielo.
