Description
Ziel dieser Rahmenvereinbarung ist die Lieferung, Errichtung und Inbetriebnahme von Komponenten (HW und Software) für VoIP-Telefonsysteme sowie UCC Applikationen sowie die Erbringung von Systemwartungsleistungen in Form von definierten Wartungsmodellen. Des Weiteren umfasst der Auftrag die die Bereitstellung von VoIP-Telefonsystemen und/oder UCC-Applikationen auf Cloud Basis inkl. die Erbringung von erforderlichen vor Ort Dienstleistungen bzw. Systemwartungsleistungen.
