Description
Upphandlingen ska leda till ett ramavtal med en leverantör omfattande såväl talljud som ljud för sång och musik, med beställarens utrustning till ett marknadsmässigt pris. I vissa fall och vid behov ska leverantören kunna tillhandahålla övrig audioutrustning då behov av detta uppstår.
