Upphandling av ett (1) tjänstekontrakt rörande nyttjäanderätten till en i tiden tidsbegränsad och icke exklusive nyttjanderätt till en (1) Software as a Service (molntjänst) till Nyköpings kommuns (org nr. 212000-2940). Nyttjanderätten gäller även för Nyköpings-Oxelösunds Vattenverksförbund (org.nr. 222000-0182). Nyttjanderätten ska även gälla för konsulter och studenter på uppdrag av Beställarens division tekniska, verksamhet Nyköping Vatten. Tjänsten ska kunna driftas on-premises eller via molntjänstleverantör. Föremålet benämns härefter för Tjänsten. Tjänsten ska syfta till att ge enheten ett användarvänligt verktyg för att systematisera och förbättra enhetens arbete inom områdena: processuppföljning (exemplevis dashboards och KPI:er), processförbättring (kontinuerliga förbättringar av exempelvis reningsteknik, datadriven processoptimering (energiförbrukning per behandlat m3 avloppsvatten), och systematiserad sammanställning av data inför projektering. Tjänsten ska syfta till att ge enheten ett användarvänligt verktyg för att importera, analysera och sammanställa stora mängder data.
