Description
Norrköpings kommun upphandlar en tjänste- och plattformsleverantör av tjänst för e-legitimering och signering inom området autentisering, federering och ”single sign on” (SSO). Målet är att kunna tillhandahålla säkra och flexibla autentiseringslösningar för kommunens interna och externa system och tjänster. Användare av dessa tjänster kommer vara kommunens medarbetare, externa leverantörer samt kommunens invånare. Med hänsyn på den stora variationen av användare behöver leverantör kunna möta upp med en modern och flexibel tjänst och ett brett utbud av metoder för flerfaktorautentisering. Leverantören ska agera Norrköpings kommuns identitetsleverantör (IdP) på en större mängd existerande system och tjänster samt även på nytillkommande sådana under avtalsperioden. Leverantör ska ha kompetens och erfarenhet av att representera en stor och komplex organisation i frågor som uppstår i samband med upphandling, implementation, förvaltning, kundunik utveckling och hantering av daglig drift i efterfrågade tjänster.
