Description
Kauramäen päiväkotikouluun suunnitellaan varhaiskasvatuksen, perusopetuksen ja liikuntapalveluiden tiloja. Varhaiskasvatuksen tilat mitoitetaan 10 hoitajatyöparille ja perusopetuksen tilat kahdeksan perusopetusryhmälle. Rakennuksen suuri liikuntasali ja taitosali palvelevat iltaisin urheiluseuroja ja liikuntaharrasteryhmiä. Hanke toteutetaan teknisenä KVR-urakkana, jossa tilaaja vastaa arkkitehtisuunnittelusta. Urakoitsija vastaa muiden suunnittelualojen hankinnasta ja suunnittelunohjauksesta KVR-menettelyn mukaisesti. Tarkempi sisältö esitetään hankinta asiakirjoissa. KVR-urakoitsija toimii hankkeen päätoteuttajana.
