Description
Med denna upphandling avser SVOA att täcka sitt behov av tillgång till en hårdgjord yta på upp till 18 000 m2 för mellanlagring av slam för senare vidaretransport till olika avnämare. Omhändertagande av process- och dagvatten ingår i uppdraget. 9000 m2 ska vara klara för användning från avtalsstarten och lagringsytan ska successivt kunna utökas från 9000 m2 till 18000 m2 under avtalstiden i takt med växande behov och växande folkmängd. I uppdraget ingår hantering av slam på slamlagret. SVOA ansvarar, i egen regi eller genom extern aktör, för transport av slam till och från slamlagret.
