Description
Ullevi genomgår under 2025–2026 pågående projekt och anpassningar som medför att de permanenta publikplatserna på arenans kortsidor inte är tillgängliga under våren 2026. Samtidigt planeras matcher i Svenska Cupen där Ullevi kan komma att användas som spelplats, inklusive eventuell kvartsfinal och semifinal, med IFK Göteborg som deltagande lag. För att möjliggöra genomförandet av dessa matcher med tillräcklig publikkapacitet föreligger ett behov av att tillfälligt ersätta bortfallna permanenta läktarplatser med temporära läktarkonstruktioner. Behovet är tidskritiskt och kopplat till fastställda matchdatum under mars 2026, vilket innebär att lösningen måste kunna etableras, godkännas och tas i drift inom en mycket begränsad tidsperiod. Mot denna bakgrund avser Beställaren att upphandla hyra av tillfälliga ståplatsläktare inklusive tillhörande tjänster, i syfte att säkerställa publikens säkerhet, arenans funktionalitet samt genomförandet av evenemangen i enlighet med gällande lagar och myndighetskrav.
