Description
Uddevalla kommun (härefter benämnd ”Beställaren” eller ”BE”) inbjuder till förnyad anbudsinlämning avseende tillbyggnad av Rotviksbro Högås-Torp, äldreboende, då den tidigare upphandlingen avbrutits. Det kortare namnet Rotan används i handlingarna. Entreprenaden omfattar tillbyggnad av 20 st boenderum med tillhörande verksamhetsutrymmen. Byggnaden inrymmer 2 st boendevåningar med 1 avdelningar per våning. Tillbyggnad två projekteras för att inrymma lokaler för hemtjänsten. Byggnaden uppföres i två plan.
