Description
Teknologian tutkimuskeskus VTT Oy ja KPMG Oy Ab ovat solmineet 21.4.2021 hankintasopimuksen VTT Oy:n tilintarkastuspalveluista ja muista taloudellisista asiantuntijapalveluista. Sopimus on perustunut avoimena menettelynä toteutettuun EU-kynnysarvon ylittävään kilpailutukseen (tarjouspyynnön viitenumero 176/206/2020). Kyseisen hankinnan hankintasopimusta muutetaan kattamaan CSRD-säädöksessä asetetut ja sen pohjalta suomalaiseen lainsäädäntöön tehtyihin muutoksiin perustuvat, tilintarkastusta koskevat lisävaatimukset kestävyysraportoinnista.
