Description
TII intends to enter into a Single and Multi-lot Agreement for Construction works (Building and Civil Engineering Works) on and adjacent to the Luas Light Rail system. Potential works that may be progressed during the lifetime of this framework may include: Red Cow Bus Interchange, Luas Red Cow Depot Extension, new temporary office accommodation, advanced/enabling works for new Luas projects, new Luas stop, new bus interchanges, substation works, landscape and hardscaping works. The Single supplier who is deemed the Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT) (first ranked tenderer) in the initial competition, will be appointed to Lot 1, with Lot 2 tenderers ranked second to fourth place in the initial framework tender competition using the MEAT criteria. This framework, when established, will be available to TII to draw down from it on a Call-Off Contract basis.
