Description
Liikennealueiden hoitoon ja kunnossapitoon tuleva tiehöylä Joensuun kaupungille. Tiehöylän on sovelluttava kaupungissa työskentelyyn mm. ahtaat paikat, parkkipaikka-alueet, kiertoliittymät ja pienet kadun kääntöpaikat. Hankinnan tulee täyttää Euroopan unionin suoraan velvoittavien säädösten, Suomen lakien ja asetusten sekä viranomaisten antamat määräykset mm. rakenteen, varusteiden, työ- ja paloturvallisuuden sekä sähköturvallisuuden osalta. Hankintaprosessi on kokonaisuudessaan suomenkielinen.
