Denna upphandling avser att ersätta befintliga kajer med nya kajkonstruktioner, eftersom de befintliga kajerna tjänat ut. Med de nya kajerna ges förutsättningar för att utveckla de allmänna platserna vid Marenplan till en levande och trygg stadsmiljö. I entreprenaden ingår även arbeten för ny fontän.
