Description
Bibliotekssystem för Södertälje kommun, Nykvarns kommun, Salems kommun och Nynäshamns kommun. Kommunerna har sedan tidigare samarbetat genom att driva ett gemensamt bibliotekssystem med skilda kontoorganisationer för att effektivisera, rationalisera och minska kostnaderna. Systemägare har varit Södertälje kommun som också varit avtalstecknande part gentemot leverantörer. Systemägaren har ansvarat för kostnadsfördelning och fakturering till samarbetets övriga parter.
