Description
This is a VEAT notice to indicate that the Mater Misericordiae University Hospital (MMUH) intends to utilize EU public procurement directive Art 32.2(b) (iii) negotiated procedure without prior publication in the following case. (B) Where works, supplies or services can be supplied only by a particular economic operator for any of the following reasons: (iii) competition is absent for technical reasons. This notice is to indicate that the Mater Misericordiae University Hospital (MMUH) intends to contract with Curium Pharma Ireland Limited for a 4 year period for the continued provision of the Fludeoxyglucose F18 (FDG) and prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA) radiotracers which are employed within the PET/CT facility to facilitate the accurate diagnosis of malignant diseases. These products are essential for the operation of the hospital’s PET/CT facility and are required to enable accurate diagnosis and monitoring of cancers.
