Description
The Health Service Executive (HSE) invites Expressions of Interest submission from suitably qualified service providers (referred to as “Candidates” in Stage 1 of this Restricted Procedure), to provide Remote Health Monitoring Technology solution(s) to Support Clinical Care in the Ambulatory Setting (referred to as the ‘Solution’), as described within the Specification of Services at Section 1 of this Request To Participate (RTP) (the “Services”) for the HSE. Government (Sláintecare Report), departmental (Digital for Care 2030), and organisational strategy (HSE Corporate Plan 2025-2027), respectively note the potential to expand the use of telehealth services as a key mechanism to enable care delivery closer to home, earlier discharge from secondary care services, and to enhance access to services for patients and families. Remote health monitoring has emerged as a viable clinical tool, that is a safe and efficient alternative to care provision in conventional clinical settings.
