Description
The Contracting Authority is establishing a panel for the conduct of outsourced diagnostic procedures under the National Treatment Purchase Fund. A panel constitutes a means of assessing the financial and technical capacity of a number of economic operators from whom services may or may not be procured over the panel’s duration. It is emphasised that membership of the panel constitutes no guarantee regarding the procurement of any services by the Contracting Authority.
