Upphandlingen avser ramavtal för successiva avrop av textil- och syslöjdsmaterial. Avtalet kommer att bygga på en nettoprislista med ett standardsortiment där de produkter kommunerna handlar mycket av finns med. För övriga produkter utanför nettoprislistan ska rabattsatser gälla.
