Description
The contracting authority hereby invites tenderers to a competition for a contract for the procurement of textbooks, teaching aids and specialised books for schools and other organisations. The contracting authority in this competition is Råde municipality on behalf of Våler, Moss and Råde municipalities (henceforth referred to as the contracting authority). General information on the contracting authority can be found at: www.rade.kommune.nowww.valer-of.kommune.nowww.moss.kommune.no The agreement will apply from 1.10.2024. The contract will be valid for 2 years, with an option for an extension for 1+1 year. A total of 4 years. These municipalities are collectively no separate legal unit. Separate agreements will therefore be made between each of the cooperating municipalities and the tenderer. Municipal companies shall have the right to enter into the agreement. If, during the contract period, some of the municipalities would separate parts of the operation to separate legal subjects (e.g. limited companies, foundations etc.), they shall have an option within a reasonable time to be able to enter into a contract on the original terms.
