Description
Råde municipality needs a framework agreement for catering. Catering is hereby aimed at food that shall be offered for meeting and courses organised by the municipality, planned overtime work and other occasions, as well as events such as Christmas parties and celebrations for all the municipality ́s departments and units, arranged within the municipal border itself. The competition is for a framework agreement for the delivery of food and drinks to meetings and other events at the contracting authority. Total value of the sub-contracts, including any options and expected price rise: NOK 5,000,000 excluding VAT. The need is uncertain. The volume can vary both up and down and the contract period will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority ́s needs, activities, budgetary situations and other framework factors. Food is considered to be standard catering/meeting food. A list of food to be offered under each sub-contract is given in the price list, as well as an option to offer further dishes under the same sub-contract.
