1. Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje: 1) termomodernizację budynku szkoły podstawowej nr 13, w tym wykonanie: a) robót związanych z ociepleniem budynku, b) instalacji wewnętrznych sanitarnych – c.o., c) instalacji wentylacji mechanicznej, d) instalacji fotowoltaicznej i odgromowej , e) instalacji elektrycznych wewnętrznych f) robót wykończeniowych i malarskich. 2) roboty związane z dostosowaniem pomieszczeń kuchni i zaplecza kuchennego w szkole podstawowej nr 13 w tym: a) roboty budowlane wykończeniowe :  przebudowa otworów drzwiowych ,  montaż ścianek działowych ,  montaż drzwi ,  wykonanie posadzek z żywicy ,  wykończenie ścian terakotą ,  roboty malarskie  roboty sanitarne instalacyjne związane z przebudową instalacji wewnętrznych : wod.- kan. , c.o. , gaz . b) roboty sanitarne zewnętrzne w tym: montaż seperatora, studzienki PCV oraz kanału z rur PCV. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawarty jest w załączniku nr I.2 do SWZ oraz w dokumentach, o których mowa w pkt 3.4. SWZ. 3.
