Description
Upphandlingen avser en totalentreprenad omfattande stambyte inom fyra kvarter med flerbostadshus i Tensta utanför Stockholm, kvarteren Husinge 1, Husinge 2, Gullinge 1 och Tisslinge 1 (Husingeplan och Gullingeplan i Tensta). Kvarteren byggdes samtidigt 1969 och har i huvudsak kvar befintliga installationer även om det på grund av vattenläckor gjorts vissa renoveringar och lagningar. Entreprenaden kommer att utföras med kvarboende hyresgäster och omfattar i huvudsak: - Komplett stambyte (spillvatten, varm- och kallvatten, VVC) - Nya badrum, förnyelse av separat WC - Ny blandare och nytt vattenlås i kök - Jordfelsbrytare i gruppcentraler Projektet omfattar totalt 36 huskroppar med sammanlagt 282 lägenheter, varav 206 även har separat WC samt 39 lokaler, varav 28 med WC och pentry.
