Description
In summary, the Services comprise the provision of a Payments Collection Service for Fixed Charge Notices. An Garda Síochána is committed to providing the best possible service to individuals who have been issued a Fixed Charge Notice and is seeking a Contractor to provide an efficient and cost-effective payment collection service for the Fixed Charge Notices. Tenderers should note that An Garda Síochána consider the details of the Annexes to the Specification of Requirements to be confidential. Tenderers are required to complete and submit the Confidentiality Undertaking provided as Attachment 1 to receive the Annexes.
Participation requirements
- Tenderers are required to complete an ESPD and confirm that they are not subject to any Exclusion Criteria Under Article 57
