Construction of a Glulam Frame complete with Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) Floors, Roofs, Internal and External Walls (complete with all necessary fixings) for a new Remote Working and Cultural Building to accommodate commercial and community function spaces at ground level, with flexible blend of office work models/ functions on upper floors (GFA approx. 1,333m2).
