Region Sörmland avser upphandla nytt avtal för telefonisttjänster för samtliga avdelningar och verksamheter inom regionen. Upphandlingen syftar till att täcka Region Sörmlands behov av telefonisttjänster helgfri vardag, lördag, söndag samt helgdagar för samtal till kontaktcenter alla dagar året om. Målet med denna tjänst är att leverantören säkerställer servicenivån vid övertagande av Region Sörmlands telefonväxel avseende bemötande, service och hantering av alla sorters samtal och sökningar.
