Description
Region Västmanland inbjuder leverantörer att lämna anbud i denna upphandling avseende Telefonisttjänster. Region Västmanland ska upphandla en leverantör som åtar sig att leverera telefonisttjänster kvälls- och nattbemanning för samtal till Region Västmanlands växel alla dagar året om till i enlighet med vad som beskrivs i upphandlingsdokumenten. I uppdraget ingår även att ta emot samtal övriga tider om så behövs så kallad overflow (under dagtid, vid toppar eller annan överenskommen tid).
